By using the FoodieCity investment service within the app, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts according to the laws of your country.
2. Nature of the Service
FoodieCity provides a digital platform that allows users to invest in selected food projects. FoodieCity does not guarantee any financial returns and is not licensed to provide financial advice or brokerage services.
3. Investment Risks
All investments involve risks. By using the service, you acknowledge the possibility of losing part or all of the invested amount. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.
4. Accuracy of Information
We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about investment opportunities, but we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all details. The responsibility for verification and research lies with the investor.
5. User Responsibilities

* Maintaining the confidentiality of login information
* Complying with local investment and tax laws
* Not misusing the platform or engaging in any fraudulent behavior
6. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and trademarks (including the FoodieCity name and logo) are owned by OTM and are protected by intellectual property laws. No part of them may be copied, modified, or distributed without prior written permission.
7. Account Suspension
We have the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in any behavior that harms the Platform or its users.
8. Updating Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Platform after any such modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
If OTM, the owner of the FoodieCity app, decides to permanently discontinue the investment service, the company is committed to refunding each investor's original capital within a period not exceeding three years from the date of discontinuation, based on the platform's records and each user's data.
Note: This compensation does not include any anticipated profits or operational obligations following the discontinuation decision.
